Self love is a tool to align your actions and words with your Heart’s wisdom. You are already Loved. Love the shit. Love yourself….not so you can be ‘good enough’ or spiritually perfect. Love yourself so you can take back your power. Your power as Love. Love the pain. Love the crazy thought. Love the hopelessness. We don’t have just one inner child…but a room full! Hold your pain as you would hold a child. Don’t scold.
Choice is a byproduct of Self Love or Awareness. YOU DON’T HAVE A CHOICE until you love yourself. What you condemn controls you. What you judge….you now unconciously align your actions with. As you begin to love all parts of yourself, you will see the little baby step you can take to empower yourself.
You are already Christ Consciousness, made form the Earth Mother and exquisitely designed. You are already whole. You are already here. There is no there. There is no “future you”, that will one day be good enough.
Take the knife off your own throat. Honor and love the thoughts and feelings. Your worth is not based on an outcome.. Your worth is not based on what he/she thinks of you. Self love is a courageous act of re-identifying with your Divine Nature.
This is why it is hard for us to choose self love.
Act and move from a willingness to know your worth. As you love yourself you begin to remember that your dreams are possible. Life/Creation has already put forward the path. Keep walking. Your little moment by moment steps matter.
Allow love to act on your behalf to nourish all aspects of your being and bring forward the light of Divinity. Surrender to your Divine Design.
